Viziality, LLC d/b/a Homeventory ("we", "us" or "our") agrees to furnish services to the User (the "customer", "you" or "your"), subject to the following Terms of Service. Use of Homeventory's service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Homeventory's Terms of Service.
Homeventory reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without notice.
You are responsible for the actions of your account and any data that is created, stored, displayed by, or transmitted by your account while using Homeventory. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Homeventory's services or networks connected to Homeventory.
You may not use the Homeventory for any purpose outlined in Usage Restrictions section.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Accounts found to be in violation of the above are subject to cancellation without prior notice and without refund.
Homeventory is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed by Homeventory. Currency exchange settlements will be based on agreements between you and the provider of your credit card.
Refunds for monthly plans must be requested no later than 7 days after purchase. Refunds after 7 days will be prorated based on the number of days left on plan.
Refunds for annual plans must be requested no later than 14 days after purchase for full refund. Refunds after 14 days will be prorated based on number of months left on plan.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. We provide an easy-to-use billing page. To cancel please log in and visit the billing page.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at any time.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of a Company employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.
We provide support via email.
We aim to respond to support requests within 48 hours, but do not guarantee a response or resolution.
Homeventory shall have no liability for any downtime, data loss, or any other loss relating to any issue arising from using Homventory's services.
You expressly understand and agree that the Homeventory shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Homeventory has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
In other words: choosing to use our Services does mean you are making a bet on us. If the bet does not work out, that’s on you, not us. We do our darnedest to be as safe a bet as possible through careful management of the business; investments in security, infrastructure, and talent; and in general giving a damn. If you choose to use our Services, thank you for betting on us.
In agreeing to the Homeventory Terms of Service, customer indemnifies Homeventory for any violation of the Terms of Service that results in loss to Homeventory or the bringing of any claim against Homeventory by any third-party. This means that if Homeventory is sued because of a customer's or a customer of a customer's activity, the customer will pay any damages awarded against Homeventory, plus all costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
You agree that Homeventory may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service, by email, regular mail, or postings on Homeventory services.
The Terms of Service (including any policies, guidelines or amendments that may be presented to you from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Homeventory and govern your use of Homeventory services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Homeventory for the use of Homeventory services.
The failure of Homeventory to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the party's intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of Homeventory services or the Terms of Service must be filed within ninety (90) days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
